1-1Private Reading Service
All private 1-1 sessions are conducted with Valentina Psychic through the 1-1 private session chat box located in the bottom right hand corner of the website. All chat sessions are conducted through this instant messenger during your allocated time slot/date. Please ensure you message in the chat box your name to notify Valentina you are ready to begin your session. Valentina will wait 10 minutes for you to show for your appointment failure to do this will result in a no show.

Refund Policy
All readings conducted are non-refundable. Prior to your reading please ensure you familiarise yourself with the terms of service & disclaimer.

After your reading if you would like to leave feedback please do this by clicking on the reviews to submit your feedback from your session.

Cancellation Policy
48 hour advance cancellation notice is required please use the contact us section to notify us. We will only offer a re-schedule based on the available time/dates we have available at current. Please note failure to re-schedule will result in a 50% refund only due to the slot being reserved and the session not being conducted.
