All same day readings purchased will be sent via WIX email to the email address you have provided at time of order.

Not to worry! Valentina will reach out to you via WIX email directly to obtain any missing information, this will be required to give a reading.

All readings are conducted within a 24 hour period upon receipt of order. If you have not received your reading within this time frame please contact using the contact page on the website and Valentina will be in touch within 24 hours of receipt of email.

You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email with the time and date of your session.

All private 1-1 sessions are conducted using the Private 1-1 Session chat box located in the bottom right hand corner of the website.

Please ensure you attend your appointment on time and notify Valentina using the chat box that you are ready for your reading. Valentina will wait 10 minutes, any longer this is considered a no show. Should you experience any difficulty accessing the chat function please contact immediately notifying us using the contact us page.

Please note any information will not be shared your information is kept private and confidential.

As part of Valentina Psychic's disclaimer we will not conduct any tarot readings to people who are under the age of 18 years of age.

Email readings and 1-1 private readings carried out by Valentina Psychic are non-refundable, once the reading has been purchased there is no refund given.

Any feedback you would leave on our website can be submitted on the feedback page. Clients can leave reviews only if they wish to do so. All information is reviewed by Valentina Psychic.

Any reviews that are submitted through our feedback form will only be shared on Valentina Psychics website providing the client has provided consent to remain anonymous, no personal information will be shared over than the written review.
