Our crystal shop is UK orders only, we do not offer shipping for international countries.

Our standard shipping cost is £2.95 per order for any order made containing products.

Orders over the value of £25.00, shipping will be free and deducted upon checkout.

All orders dispatched with EVRI will be on a 3-4 working day lead time for delivery.

Hermes will make 3 attempts to deliver so please ensure you have updated your preference if you're not going to be in as we cannot be held liable for 3 missed deliveries.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy 

- Goods must be unused and in original condition as sent.

- They must be returned within a 14 day period from ordering.

- Returns postage will not be covered, all customers are liable for this cost

- Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

- Discounted or sale purchases are non-refundable
