Shop & reading hours 
Your reading will be available and sent via Wix Email within 24 hours of purchase if ordered before 5pm BST Monday to Friday. If you order after 5pm BST your reading will be sent the following day shortly after the Shop Opens. Any orders received on Friday after 5pm BST, Saturday or Sunday you will receive your answer the following Monday before 10am BST. 
 
Please be very clear in the notes what you'd like Valentina to look into, if further clarification is required you will be contacted directly before the reading is conducted.
